If your computer or laptop is running slow please can you do the following as it will help us find out more about your PC:

(We may also ask you to go to Here and install and run this report too.)

First of all Click Here to download a file called "everesthome220.zip" once you have downloaded it unzip it by right clicking on the file and going to extract.

Once you have extract the file it should look like this:

You will next need to click on everest.exe

If you have done it correctly you will now see the above screen please click on "Report"

Click Next twice then click finish.

If you have done this correctly you will see a screen like this:

You will next need to email me the report so please go to "Save To File" and save the report to somewhere like your "My Documents" folder then

with the attached report.
