My name is Paul Sheraton I run my own home computer repair & support service based in Farnborough in Hampshire.

Most jobs take 1 to 2 hours some will take 3 hours any longer than this I will take the PC/Laptop away to be repaired.
In most cases it is better you bring the PC/Laptop to me to have a look at but I can come to you or alternatively I can remote control your PC (It's perfectly safe!).
